- Stage 1: gentle training medically suitable for the back.

THAI-CHI - 4 days € 130,00
Also called Chines shadow boxing. Appeared during the Ming Dynasty, and looks like a slow-motion form of Wing Chung Kung Fu.

Here you can activate your metabolism and give a boost to your muscles whilst reducing your body fat levels. Under individual supervision and with expert advice we can help you to enjoy exercising and having fun at the same time.
