A surcharge for short stays is added for one night, at € 15.00 per adult.

Dogs are allowed with express permission! (€ 22.00 per day, without food). When guests arrive with dogs, the hotel reserves the right to include a possible cleanup in the bill. Please bring your own dog blanket and basket. Please note that your four-legged-friend will not be permitted in the dining room, the Vitalwelt Health and Wellness Area, or the garden facilities.

Parking spaces in the garage € 10.00 per day.

Children up to 3 years of age may stay with parents free of charge, with full board provided at the shared children's table. For additional orders places à-la-carte, these will be added to the bill.

Single occupancy of a double room or apartment bears a surcharge of € 50.00 per day.

Second adult bedroom: all family apartments and suites include the stay of two adults in the full price. Each additional adult receives a discount and is charged at the "further adult" rate.

It is only possible to meet requests for specific room categories, but not exact requests for room numbers or floors.

If you only desire a room plus breakfast, we will refund € 15.00 per person from the half-pension price.
