- Cancellations
Only written cancellations are accepted. Cancellations prior to one month of arrival are free of charge. Short notice cancellations (within one month) and early departures are charged at 70 % of the agreed price at the time of booking. We recommend our ‘Holiday Austria Insurance’ which covers the insurer and family members staying at the hotel.

- Check-in & Check-out
Your room should be ready for you by 3pm on the day of your arrival. Guests arriving before this time will be made most welcome and can use the hotel's facilities until their bedroom becomes available. Departing guests should vacate their bedrooms by 12 noon. They can however continue to use the facilities until they wish to depart. If you require a later checkout please ask reception.
