A surcharge for short stays is added for one night, at €15.00 per adult.

Dogs may be welcomed upon request: (€ 25.00 per dog per day, without food). When guests arrive with dogs, the hotel reserves the right to include a possible cleanup charge in the bill. Please bring your own dog blanket and basket! Please note that your four-legged friends will not be permitted in the dining room, the Vitality World as well as in the garden facilities.

Children up to 3 years of age may stay free of charge in their parents’ room or apartment, with full board provided at the shared children's table. For additional orders placed à-la-carte, these will be added to the bill.

A surcharge of € 90.00 per day applies to reservations for single occupancy of a double room or apartment.

When booking “Single with Children”, the 1st child pays € 90.00. For the 2nd and 3rd child, the children’s fixed price is applied. An individual person pays the regular daily price.

Third adult: By all family apartments and suites, the two first adults will be invoiced at the full price. Each additional adult receives a discount and is charged as a “third-adult rate”.

It is only possible to meet requests for specific room categories, but not exact requests for room numbers or floors.

If you only desire a room with breakfast, we will refund €15.00 per person from the half-board price.
