Aside from the highest quality, the award-winning Jagdhof kitchen attaches great importance to the regional aspect. For example, we source our delectable Alpine lamb directly from the flock maintained by Leo Pfurtscheller, senior director of the hotel. All wild game comes from our very own 3000-hectare game preserve. For our generous gourmet breakfast buffet offering everything the heart desires, we receive butter, eggs, yoghurt, ham and bacon (Speck) from farms in Neustift.
The sophisticated Jagdhof cuisine served in the morning and evening is included in the price. You can enjoy the gourmet breakfast buffet, offering everything the heart desires, until 11am. You will also find an extensive offer for the hunger in between. In the evening, the refined Jagdhof cuisine serves three different 5-course gourmet choice menu. There is an exquisite cheese corner with chutney and truffle honey daily. Once a week, we organise a gala dinner, an appetiser buffet with local delicacies from the rivers and lakes, the exquisite salad buffet and a dessert buffet to feast on and marvel, providing yet more variety.
Of course, we will be happy to expand on calorie-reduced, gluten-free or vegetarian fare at your request.
