The Stubai Valley Ski Resort was distinguished as the most family-friendly ski resort in the Alps for 2012! ELFER MOUNTAIN

Neustift's backyard peak. This ski resort area is small but challenging, and a good alternative to skiing on the glacier, particularly if you only have a few hours for skiing. The resort features an 8-passenger lift, two tow lifts and a fantastic descent through the trees to the valley below. In addition, there is a lot more than just skiing here: the Pinnis Valley sledging track and the Neustift illuminated sledging track provide fun with a sledge both day and night. These are the longest natural toboggan runs in Tyrol, at 8 km long and featuring several places to stop for refreshments along the way. Elferhütte and Pinnisalm winter hiking trails are a great option for non-skiers. The Elfer lifts are a 10-minute walk away from the Wellness Hotel Jagdhof.
