Prices provided are per person per day (exception: “Giebel” Family Suite – package daily prices) including:

• Fine Jagdhof’s gourmet cuisine at breakfast and dinner,
• Use of Jagdhof's Vitality World,
• Participation in vitality and sports programmes,
• Free transfer when arriving and departing from and to Innsbruck,
• Care and supervision in Jagdhof's Kitz Club,
• Visitors’ tax not included.

Reservation Request

The basis of this agreement is determined exclusively by any terms and conditions set out on our price list, which are valid on the day of booking. Your verbal or written (fax/email) confirmation of your booking will mean that you have entered into a binding agreement with us. We will regard the contract between us as firm once we have confirmed your reservation to you in writing and you have confirmed your acceptance within seven days.

Arrival and departure

Your reserved room will be ready for occupation no later than 3pm on the day of your arrival. On your day of departure, we request that you vacate your room by 11am. Of course, we give you the possibility to use the SPA area and our amenities free of charge on your day of departure.

Annulation - Cancellation

Please note all room cancellations must be made in writing. In case of cancellation, we recommend that you take out adequate insurance cover. In the case of cancellation at short notice or an early departure, we will charge 70% of the booked package and agreed price. When making your booking, we suggest you take out hotel cancellation insurance which would cover any cancellation costs in the case of an accident or illness of the party insured or their family members before your holiday or during your stay. We will of course give you more details at the time of booking.
