In the wine cellar of Jagdhof lie precious treasures hidden between ancient materials from throughout Tyrol, bricks from the period of the monarchy and hand-painted tiles and ceramic flagstones from the Mouton-Rothschild dynasty.

Our wine cellar is likely one of the most impressive in Austria with 20,000 rare bottles from the farthest corners of the earth. A real pride of the hotel is the broad collection of Romanée-Conti and Château Mouton Rothschild – two of the most renowned vintners in the world. Our Maître d’hôtel and certified sommelier Matthias Tanzer is available for any questions you may have about wine. Enjoy the weekly “Wine Culinarium” à la Jagdhof in our vaulted wine cellar full of atmosphere (for a charge).
