Since last year, Falstaff has added 3 points to the Hubertus Stube’s gourmet rating!!
Falstaff’s 18,000 gourmet club members have spoken! On Tuesday, 27 February 2018, the latest Falstaff Restaurant Guide for Austria was published, and it was great news for us! Three points more than last year: that’s a sensational 94 points and 3 forks for the SPA-HOTEL Jagdhof’s gourmet restaurant in the Stubai Valley!
This is what the Falstaff Gourmet Guide 2018 has to say about the SPA-HOTEL Jagdhof’s gourmet cuisine:

As you might expect, we are thrilled to have received this excellent Falstaff rating, especially as we were competing with 1,750 other Austrian restaurants this year. Receiving such a brilliant rating from the German-speaking region’s leading restaurant guide represents well-deserved recognition for our Chef and his kitchen and service teams. Their dedication in meeting the high culinary expectations of the Relais & Châteaux SPA-HOTEL Jagdhof’s discerning guests is unparalleled. As well as being an honour, the rating in the Falstaff 2018 will also motivate us to maintain this standard – and perhaps even up it by a point or two next year! Receiving the maximum possible points of 20 out of 20 for our superbly stocked wine cellar is a magnificent tribute to proprietor Armin Pfurtscheller and his Sommelier Albin Mayr. On their search for wine rarities from all over the world, they have been able to source extraordinary oenophile surprises to delight connoisseurs and wine lovers.
