Breakfast
Gourmet breakfast buffet. Superb quality. Freshly baked bread, fruit, vegetables, juices, yoghurts, cereals, pastries, egg dishes, cheeses, cold meats, and a wide selection of lactose and gluten-free as well as vegan foods.

Lunch and Afternoon
A LA CARTE menu available in the conservatory, fireplace bar, on the terraces and in the garden. REGIONAL, INTERNATIONAL, LOW-CARB, VEGETARIAN. Additional charge.

Dinner
5 courses with choice of dishes. Vegetarian, low-carb, gluten and lactose-free menus. Superb salad bar. Exquisite selection of cheeses as well as chutneys and truffle honey. Culinary highlights include gala nights, appetiser buffets and dessert buffets.
