A convivial night
We welcome you at reception with a glass of mulled wine, non-alcoholic punch or – in summer – with an Alpine aperitif before accompanying you to the barn in the Jagdhof’s garden. Our Stadel barn host will explain how it all works before the convivial meal begins. In addition to home-made salad, we serve a selection of vegetables for you to cook on the ‘hot hat’. Simply place the vegetables and meat slices on the cone’s steel tips and wait. The ‘brim’ is filled with a fresh broth that you can use to baste the meat or simply enjoy as part of the meal after it has been enriched by all the lovely cooking juices. We serve a variety of meats for you to cook at your table as well as sauces, crouton sticks, garlic bread and a delicious soup to complete the unique convivial cookery experience.
