Recently appointed, the new head chef Christian Jeske has taken to his new kitchen with elegant, alpine panache. His work with top international chefs at Schloss Elmau promises excellent culinary art paired with the highest level of wine expertise. He believes in creating subtle dishes based on the alpine repertoire with solid craftsmanship and skill. Devoted to Stubai’s traditions, yet spiced with a pinch of internationality.
