Your health and safety are our priority. Please see below for a summary of the measures and services we have implemented in response to the latest travel advice for your safety in Stubai and for your safe return journey.

Latest update: 24.05.2022

  • No 3G rules are currently in force for entry into Austria 
  • However, you are advised contact your respective authorities to find out about possible changes to your country or (federal) state’s entry and exit regulations.

  • On 1 June 2022, the requirement to wear an FFP2 mask in supermarkets and on public transport will be dropped, provisionally for 3 months. As a result, the obligation to wear FFP2 masks now only applies to the health sector.

  • Our stringent hygiene and safety standards are constantly tested as well as being subject to regular certification and review. All areas are thoroughly and repeatedly cleaned and disinfected. A superb ventilation system ensures aerosol-free air quality. The rooms are cleaned daily with concentrated cleaning and disinfectant agents. All equipment, surfaces and appliances in the SPA are carefully cleaned and disinfected after each use. Sanitiser dispensers in all public areas ensure you are able to top up your hand-hygiene regime at all times.

SAFE SERVICE®

  • We have joined the Tyrolean tourist industry’s safety certification scheme. As responsible hosts, we use the SAFE SERVICE® learning app as a training tool for our employees. Our company has successfully completed digital training on safety issues such as protective measures and distancing rules. New regulations also form part of the training.
  • This means we are always up to date on the latest precautionary and security measures that need to be implemented to protect our guests. As well as proudly indicating to the world that we are a SAFE SERVICE® company, we are doing our bit to make the region a safe holiday destination.

  • Our employees have been tested, vaccinated, or have recovered from a past infection. We hold regular team training sessions and ensure everyone is appraised of the latest regulations. We pay close attention to the proper implementation of our health and safety measures to guarantee you a worry-free, safe and relaxed stay at the Jagdhof.
