Consultations and Bookings
We offer a wide variety of treatments, so to help you choose we advise that you take advantage of our jSPA team of specialists who can offer guidance and help you create a bespoke spa experience programme. Naturally, you will be able to decide at the time of booking whether you prefer to be treated by male or female therapists. If you are expecting, please let us know your due date when booking: not all treatments are suitable during pregnancy. While you are having a treatment, please also let us know of any wishes, preferences or discomfort to help us achieve the best possible results for you.
Your Health is Important to Us
At the time of booking a treatment, please let us know of any medical conditions or allergies that you may have. We wish to ensure that all treatments are suitable for your needs and health.
Lateness and Cancellations
Out of consideration for guests who have booked treatments after yours, we will have to curtail your treatment if you arrive late. The full treatment charge will still be payable. Should you wish to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours before your treatment is due to start. If you cancel any later, we will charge you 70% of the treatment price. No-shows will be charged the full price.
Tokens and Australian Gold tanning intensifier are available from spa reception.
Please keep your mobile phone on silent during your visit to the jSPA.
Children and Teenagers Under 15 Years Old
No access to the Vitality World, SPA CHALET or Fit & Fun room.
The swimming pool is fully accessible to children.
Spa Bag and Bathrobe
You will find a spa bag with towels and a cosy bathrobe and slippers in your room for the duration of your stay. Extra towels can also be found are in the pool area.
