Three regions, three evenings, one stage: South Tyrol’s legends, Germany’s master chefs, and Tyrol’s finest talents meet at the stoves of Relais & Châteaux Spa Hotel Jagdhof. The evenings begin with a meet & greet: with an aperitif in hand, you will hear first-hand stories from the world of haute cuisine. This is followed by artfully arranged gourmet menus with accompanying wines and a digestif to round off the evening. Here, chefs share their recipes, their philosophies, and their friendship.
