Booking confirmation: Please be aware that although your room category is noted in your booking confirmation, a specific floor or room number cannot be guaranteed.

Breakfast: At the Jagdhof, your day begins with a gourmet breakfast for late risers. The sumptuous buffet leaves nothing to be desired: sweet and savoury, vegan and vegetarian, every dish is made from high-quality regional ingredients and, above all, with love. 

Breakfast buffet from 7 to 11 a.m.

Cancellation policy: In the event of cancellation, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) 2006 apply. Specifically, if you cancel within one month of your arrival, a cancellation fee of 70% of the room rate will be charged. To mitigate this risk, we suggest taking out hotel cancellation insurance. Our team will be happy to provide detailed insurance coverage information by phone.

Check-in: Your suite or premium room will be ready from 3 p.m. on your arrival day. 

Check-out: Please vacate your room or suite by 12 p.m. on the day of departure. 

Children’s rates: At the Spa Hotel Jagdhof, we warmly welcome our younger guests. We can provide an additional bed for your child in your room:

• 0-3 years old: free of charge in a baby cot (excluding certain seasons)

• 4-10 years old: from €40.00/day 

• 11-15 years old: from €62.00/day

Dogs: At the Jagdhof, dogs are not just allowed; they are treasured guests! If you plan to bring your canine companion, please inform us in advance so we can prepare your suite appropriately. There is a daily surcharge of €35.00 per dog, excluding food. Please note that additional charges may apply for any necessary final cleaning. While only our human guests have full access to the dining room, jSPA, and garden, we have designated special areas in the restaurant and garden for those accompanied by their dogs. Our reservation team is on hand to inform you of the best walking and hiking routes for dogs, as well as anything else you might need for a memorable stay with your furry friend.

E-charging station: The Jagdhof has six e-charging stations that are available to use for a fee. Please pay for the charging service at the reception, where our team is also ready to assist you with any additional information.

Early check-in: Guests may access the jSPA and the Jagdhof’s other amenities from 10 a.m. on the day of arrival, subject to availability.

Parking: Guests can use the outdoor car park at no additional cost. For covered parking, an additional fee of €10.00 per day will be applied to your bill.

Payment methods: We accept various payment methods to accommodate your preferences. You can settle your bill using cash or a debit card. Additionally, we accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express, and Union Pay). For added convenience, contactless payment via app is also possible.

Pick-up service: Are you arriving by train or bus? Let us assist you in your commitment to environmentally friendly travel. We provide a pick-up service from Innsbruck’s airport or central railway station for a fee. Learn more here.

Single room: All our rooms and suites are available for single occupancy. There is a surcharge of €120.00 per night for rooms in the Burg, Habicht, Zwölfer, and Ring categories and €150.00 per night for our suites and apartments.

Ski shuttle: During the winter season, we offer a free ski shuttle to the Stubai Glacier. Departure times are available at the reception. 

Stubai Super Card: Discover the cultural and sports offerings of Stubaital from May to November! As a guest at the Spa Hotel Jagdhof, you will receive the Stubai Super Card free of charge at check-in. It grants free use of all public transport and mountain cable cars (one round trip per day), along with attractive discounts. Find all the details here.

Third adult: In all family apartments and suites, the first two guests pay the full rate, and each additional adult receives a discount and is charged the “third adult” price. For up-to-date pricing and further details, please get in touch with our reservation team.

Tourist tax: A tourist tax applies to all guests aged 14 and over. The tax is €2.80 per person per night until 31 October 2024; from 1 November 2024, it will increase to €4.80. This tax is not included in the room rate.

Treatments: To ensure your preferred dates are available, we advise specifying your desired treatment times when booking your stay. For a tailored experience, our jSPA reception team is available to assist you with planning your treatments before your arrival, either over the phone or via e-mail. You can find detailed information about our spa packages and individual treatments at the jSPA or on our website. Please note that the package prices do not include accommodation.
