Your responsibilities at the Jagdhof

  • Preparation of extraordinary desserts, sweet treats, and cakes, ensuring that the dishes are attractively presented
  • Organisation of the mise en place
  • Handling food and ingredients with care and a sense of responsibility
  • Contribution to the planning, organisation, and coordination of kitchen operations at your station
  • Ensuring high quality standards and optimal processes while complying with hygiene standards and guidelines

What we expect from you

  • Strong teamwork skills, independence, and dedication
  • A positive and engaging presence
  • Several years’ experience in high-end hospitality an advantage
  • Resilience, stress tolerance, and flexibility
  • A well-groomed appearance
  • Keen attention to detail and workplace cleanliness
  • Proficiency in German or English; additional languages are a plus
  • Relevant training and certifications are advantageous
