Your responsibilities at the Jagdhof
- Preparation of extraordinary desserts, sweet treats, and cakes, ensuring that the dishes are attractively presented
- Organisation of the mise en place
- Handling food and ingredients with care and a sense of responsibility
- Contribution to the planning, organisation, and coordination of kitchen operations at your station
- Ensuring high quality standards and optimal processes while complying with hygiene standards and guidelines
What we expect from you
- Strong teamwork skills, independence, and dedication
- A positive and engaging presence
- Several years’ experience in high-end hospitality an advantage
- Resilience, stress tolerance, and flexibility
- A well-groomed appearance
- Keen attention to detail and workplace cleanliness
- Proficiency in German or English; additional languages are a plus
- Relevant training and certifications are advantageous
