Your responsibilities at the Jagdhof 

  • Management of the patisserie department
  • Preparation and cooking of high-quality desserts for the Hubertusstube gourmet restaurant and our half-board restaurant.
  • Mise en place management and responsible oversight of your station.
  • High-quality preparation and plating of menu components
  • Adherence to HACCP hygiene regulations and safety standards
  • Careful handling of goods and kitchen inventory
  • Promoting quality and innovation within the team

What we expect from you

  • Strong teamwork skills, independence, and dedication
  • A positive and engaging presence
  • Professional experience in top-class gastronomy is an advantage
  • Very high quality and responsibility awareness
  • A well-groomed appearance
  • Keen attention to detail and workplace cleanliness
  • Proficiency in German or English; additional languages are a plus
  • At least 4 years of experience in the F&B sector
