Your responsibilities at the Jagdhof:
- A warm and professional welcome for guests and attentive care for our international guests
- Providing detailed information about our treatments and the wellness area
- Carrying out facials and body treatments as well as manicures and pedicures
- Upholding the highest standards of treatment
- Looking after guests in the spa area
- Comprehensive management of our wellness area, ensuring the spa area meets the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Restocking towels and other consumables
- Setting up and managing the tea and vitality stations
- Various office duties
- Answering the telephone
- Processing e-mails
What we expect from you:
- Strong team spirit, ability to work independently, and a proactive attitude
- A positive and engaging manner
- Experience in the upscale hotel industry is an advantage
- Resilient and flexible
- A well-groomed appearance
- Attention to detail and cleanliness in the workplace
- English and German language skills; knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
- Completed training is an advantage
- Experience with the TAC programme is an advantage
- Experience with Microsoft Office is an advantage
- Completed training (recognised in Austria) as a beautician
