Your tasks:

• As a childcare assistant, you will be responsible for taking loving care of our guests’ children (aged 3+) and ensuring a safe environment.
  Working independently comes just as naturally to you as being responsible for fun and varied daily programmes.
  You plan and run indoor and outdoor activities that are not only entertaining, but also promote the children’s physical and mental development.
  You always have an open ear for parents’ needs and respond sensitively to the individual needs of each child. 

What you bring:

• Completed pedagogical training is an advantage; ideally you already have professional experience in the 4- or 5-star hotel sector
• Experience in childcare and with upscale clientele is required
• A well-groomed appearance, good manners, and a passion for hospitality
• Effective, confident communication in German and English
• Your strengths include not only reliability, but also a sense of responsibility
