Your responsibilities at the Jagdhof:

  • Preparation of all dishes
  • Organisation of the mise en place
  • High-quality preparation and plating of menu components
  • Adherence to HACCP hygiene regulations and safety standards
  • Careful handling of goods and kitchen inventory
  • Assisting the kitchen brigade with all related tasks
