Your responsibilities at the Jagdhof:
- Management of the patisserie department
- Preparation and cooking of high-quality desserts for the Hubertusstube gourmet restaurant and our half-board restaurant.
- Mise en place management and responsible oversight of your station.
- High-quality preparation and plating of menu components
- Adherence to HACCP hygiene regulations and safety standards
- Careful handling of goods and kitchen inventory
- Promoting quality and innovation within the team
What we expect from you:
- Strong teamwork skills, independence, and dedication
- A positive and engaging presence
- Professional experience in top-class gastronomy is an advantage
- Very high quality and responsibility awareness
- A well-groomed appearance
- Keen attention to detail and workplace cleanliness
- Proficiency in German or English; additional languages are a plus
- At least 3 years of experience in the F&B sector
