Spa Manager

We’re looking for a manager with a good instinct for luxury and holistic well-being.

Your responsibilities at the Jagdhof:

• Manage and organise the entire spa area – from wellness and beauty to fitness
• Lead, motivate, and create work schedules for the spa team
• Ensure excellent guest service and high-quality treatments
• Develop new spa services and partnerships
• Responsibility for quality, hygiene, and financial processes
• Warm welcome and personalised service for guests
• Active consultation on and sales of products
• Work on spa reception incl. daily balancing of accounts
• Conduct inventory and purchasing of spa products and required equipment
• Optimise team capacity through smart planning

What we expect from you:

Completed qualification in wellness, cosmetics, or massage – additional management course a plus

• Several years of experience in a managerial spa/wellness role
• Strong leadership skills, organisational ability, and team spirit
• Results-oriented thinking with an empathetic manner
• Strong dedication and independent way of working
• Keen attention to detail and cleanliness
• Proficiency in German and English – additional languages a plus
• Experience with TAC and MS Office an advantage
