Assistant Chef de Bar

Wanted: someone with bar experience who knows how to mix drinks and shine as part of a team.

Your tasks at the Jagdhof will include:

• Support in the bar coordination in close cooperation with the Chef de Bar
• Sharing responsibility for professional, high-quality service
• Looking after guests in the afternoon and evening
• Advising guests on their choice of food and drinks
• Responsibility for preparing mixed drinks and cocktails
• Assisting with the onboarding and training of new team members
• Providing the necessary mise en place
• Excellent product and sales knowledge
• Booking all orders in the cash register system and carrying out correct cash register accounting
• Ensuring high quality standards and compliance with hygiene regulations and cleanliness within the framework of HACCP
• Supporting the service team in all tasks that arise
