Your responsibilities at the Jagdhof:
- Support in the bar coordination in close cooperation with the Chef de Bar
- Sharing responsibility for professional, high-quality service
- Looking after guests in the afternoon and evening
- Advising guests on their choice of food and drinks
- Responsibility for preparing mixed drinks and cocktails
- Assisting with the onboarding and training of new team members
- Providing the necessary mise en place
- Excellent product and sales knowledge
- Booking all orders in the cash register system and carrying out correct cash register accounting
- Ensuring high quality standards and compliance with hygiene regulations and cleanliness within the framework of HACCP
- Supporting the service team in all tasks that arise
