Your responsibilities at the Jagdhof
- Preparation and cooking of all dishes
- Mise en place management and responsible oversight of your station
- High-quality preparation and plating of menu components
- Adherence to HACCP hygiene regulations and safety standards
- Careful handling of goods and kitchen inventory
- Ordering in consultation with the head chef
- Supporting the kitchen brigade with all necessary tasks

- Strong teamwork skills, independence, and dedication

- Experience in high-end hospitality an advantage
- Resilience, stress tolerance, and flexibility
- A well-groomed appearance
- Keen attention to detail and workplace cleanliness
- Proficiency in German or English; additional languages are a plus
- Relevant training and certifications are advantageous
