Your responsibilities at the Jagdhof:
- Lead the Front Office Team
- Responsibility for onboarding, motivating, and training the team
- Create work schedules
- Further develop and optimnise processes
- Organise and carry out all front office tasks
- Warm and professional welcome of guests and attentive care of our international guests
- Detailed information about our hotel, the rooms, and their furnishings
- Invoice control and invoicing
- Complaint management
- Arrival control
- Provide concierge services such as making recommendations, booking transfers, arranging ski school sessions, etc.
- Provide jApp support
- Work closely with the Assistant Manager

- A well-groomed appearance
- Keen attention to detail and workplace cleanliness
- Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
- Relevant training and certifications are advantageous
- Experience with PMS Protel and Microsoft Office is beneficial
