Your responsibilities at the Jagdhof:

  • Lead the Front Office Team
  • Responsibility for onboarding, motivating, and training the team
  • Create work schedules
  • Further develop and optimnise processes
  • Organise and carry out all front office tasks
  • Warm and professional welcome of guests and attentive care of our international guests
  • Detailed information about our hotel, the rooms, and their furnishings
  • Invoice control and invoicing
  • Complaint management
  • Arrival control
  • Provide concierge services such as making recommendations, booking transfers, arranging ski school sessions, etc.
  • Provide jApp support
  • Work closely with the Assistant Manager

  • Experience with PMS Protel and Microsoft Office is beneficial
