We’re looking for: a passionate Head Chef with creativity, heart, and a hands-on approach.
What we expect from you:
- Completed chef training with relevant experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
- Proven experience in a leadership role as Head Chef or Sous Chef
- Passion for innovative, regional, and international cuisine
- Strong business sense and structured working style
- Team player, resilient, with a strong hands-on mentality
- Good command of German and English
Your tasks at the Jagdhof will include:
- Full responsibility for kitchen organisation and leadership
- Managing the half-board restaurant
- Leading our gourmet restaurant, Hubertusstube (1* Michelin | 4 Gault Millau toques)
- Creating innovative, seasonal menus at the highest level
- Leading, motivating, and developing the kitchen team
- Ensuring the highest quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Purchasing and monitoring supplies within budget
- Collaborating with hotel management and other departments to continuously enhance the culinary experience
