We’re looking for: a passionate Head Chef with creativity, heart, and a hands-on approach.

What we expect from you:

  • Completed chef training with relevant experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
  • Proven experience in a leadership role as Head Chef or Sous Chef
  • Passion for innovative, regional, and international cuisine
  • Strong business sense and structured working style
  • Team player, resilient, with a strong hands-on mentality
  • Good command of German and English

Your tasks at the Jagdhof will include:

  • Full responsibility for kitchen organisation and leadership
  • Managing the half-board restaurant
  • Leading our gourmet restaurant, Hubertusstube (1* Michelin | 4 Gault Millau toques)
  • Creating innovative, seasonal menus at the highest level
  • Leading, motivating, and developing the kitchen team
  • Ensuring the highest quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)
  • Purchasing and monitoring supplies within budget
  • Collaborating with hotel management and other departments to continuously enhance the culinary experience
