Reservations & Reception team

Your tasks

Operational responsibility

  • Management and organisation of the department
  • Ensuring professional, service-oriented guest communication (telephone, email, OTA, GDS)
  • Checking and processing individual and group reservations
  • Ensuring optimal occupancy while taking pricing strategy into account
  • Maintaining and checking booking systems (PMS, channel manager, CRS)

Revenue and sales orientation

  • Active participation in the pricing and sales strategy in coordination with revenue management
  • Monitoring occupancy, pick-up, forecasts, and market segments
  • Implementation of upselling and cross-selling measures
  • Monitoring rate parity and OTA performance

Quality & process management

  • Ensuring compliance with 5-star standards in communication and offers
  • Developing and optimising reservation processes
  • Training and further developing of the reservation team
  • Preparation of reports and key figure analyses for director

Interface management

  • Close cooperation with front office, sales, marketing, spa, and F&B
  • Support with group enquiries and events
  • Complaint management in the area of reservations

  • PMS-Protel experience is an advantage
