Your tasks
Operational responsibility
- Management and organisation of the department
- Ensuring professional, service-oriented guest communication (telephone, email, OTA, GDS)
- Checking and processing individual and group reservations
- Ensuring optimal occupancy while taking pricing strategy into account
- Maintaining and checking booking systems (PMS, channel manager, CRS)
Revenue and sales orientation
- Active participation in the pricing and sales strategy in coordination with revenue management
- Monitoring occupancy, pick-up, forecasts, and market segments
- Implementation of upselling and cross-selling measures
- Monitoring rate parity and OTA performance
Quality & process management
- Ensuring compliance with 5-star standards in communication and offers
- Developing and optimising reservation processes
- Training and further developing of the reservation team
- Preparation of reports and key figure analyses for director
Interface management
- Close cooperation with front office, sales, marketing, spa, and F&B
- Support with group enquiries and events
- Complaint management in the area of reservations
