Your responsibilities at the Jagdhof:

  • Ensuring a seamless, first-class service operation across all restaurant and service areas, while leading a team of approximately 20 staff members
  • Acting as the central point of contact for guests and colleagues, demonstrating professionalism, solution-oriented thinking, and natural hospitality expertise
  • Exhibiting a confident and polished demeanour, maintaining the highest standards of service and quality
  • Leading your team in accordance with the values and guidelines of Hotel & SPA Jagdhof, fostering a motivating and appreciative working environment
  • Promoting staff satisfaction, development, and the nurturing of talent
  • Conducting menu discussions, daily briefings, and the efficient planning and organisation of the entire restaurant team
  • Training and mentoring service staff in professional skills and service standards
  • Advising and assisting guests with competence, charm, and a sales-oriented approach, ensuring an unforgettable culinary experience
  • Maintaining service areas to consistently meet 5-star standards and actively supporting day-to-day operational tasks
  • Collaborating closely with the Food & Beverage management team on workforce planning


What we expect from you:

  • Several years of experience in luxury hospitality, complemented by a relevant professional qualification, forming the foundation of your expertise
  • Strong team orientation, self-motivation, and the ability to handle demanding situations with confidence
  • Resilience, stress resistance, and flexibility – able to maintain oversight and remain solution-focused even during peak periods
  • A positive, engaging, and warm personality, making you a natural host and a trusted point of contact for guests and colleagues
  • A polished appearance, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and order in the workplace
  • Excellent German language skills; additional languages are advantageous
  • Experience in staff planning and leadership, with the ability to manage your team with clarity, reliability, and a motivating approach
  • As Restaurant Manager, act as the primary point of contact for all guest and staff concerns, consistently demonstrating professionalism and a service-oriented mindset
