Your responsibilities at the Jagdhof:
Deputizing for the Head Chef during their absence
Assisting with the coordination, planning, and overall organization of the hotel kitchen
Supervising and onboarding new team members
Independently managing assigned kitchen stations
Ensuring quality standards and overseeing operational workflows
Monitoring inventory levels, ordering, and proper storage of goods
Supporting stocktaking and inventory processes
Contributing to the creative development of menus
Ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and adherence to HACCP regulations
