  • Proficiency in German or English; additional foreign language skills are advantageous

  • Completed vocational training is considered an asset

Your Responsibilities

  • Deputizing for the Head Chef during their absence

  • Assisting with the coordination, planning, and overall organization of the hotel kitchen

  • Supervising and onboarding new team members

  • Independently managing assigned kitchen stations

  • Ensuring quality standards and overseeing operational workflows

  • Monitoring inventory levels, ordering, and proper storage of goods

  • Supporting stocktaking and inventory processes

  • Contributing to the creative development of menus

  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and adherence to HACCP regulations
